At Bloomed Beauty, we want you to love every item you receive. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help make it right.
15-Day Return Window
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must:
- Be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and tags (if applicable)
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Start a Return

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with instructions for sending your item back.
Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it for you.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used beauty and skincare products
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale items or gift cards
- Items marked as final sale

Exchanges
Need something different? The fastest way is to return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
